Acceptance of Terms & Operating Entity
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student", "User", "you") and trueattendly ("trueattendly", "we", "us", "our"), operating the educational web platform IFRSflow (The Socratic Financial Reporting Engine), available at ifrsflow.trueattendly.online.
By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, or purchasing digital learning session packs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.
Nature of the Service & Educational Scope
IFRSflow is an intelligent educational SaaS platform engineered to assist candidates preparing for IFRS, IAS, and Ind AS professional examinations (including ACCA FR/SBR, CA Final FR, and CMA CFR). The Platform provides:
- Interactive Socratic AI coaching and guided step-ladder problem solving.
- Real-time diagnostic evaluation of student answers against statutory standards.
- Official paragraph-level citations for International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Accounting Standards (IAS), and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
- Structured accounting outputs including balanced double-entry journal ledgers (Dr/Cr) and vertical carrying amount schedules.
- Practice Mode (timed scenarios with persistent stopwatch) and Study Mode (5-step structured micro-lessons).
The Platform provides educational preparation materials and reasoning simulations. It does not constitute official qualification accreditation, formal academic degrees, or guarantees of passing external professional examinations.
Digital Consumable Session Model
Our software operates on a consumable learning session pack model rather than per-message metering or auto-recurring subscriptions:
Definition of 1 Learning Session
One (1) session entitles the student to initiate and complete a full topic scenario in Practice or Study Mode. A session includes unlimited interactive conversational turns until the AI coach evaluates topic mastery or concludes the scenario.
Session Quota Consumption
Each session credit is decremented atomically upon initiating a new chat study topic. Once started, a session never locks or expires mid-conversation.
Direct Breakdown Lifelines
Depending on the purchased plan tier, each session includes an allocation of AI Direct Answer Lifelines allowing students to request complete statutory calculations and model answers when stuck. Lifelines refresh with each new session and do not carry over.
Pack Validity
Session packs carry a fixed validity window from the date of purchase (e.g., 30 days for Concept Booster, 60 days for Exam Crash Pass). Sessions must be consumed within this validity period.
Account Registration & Fair Usage Policy
To access the coaching workspace, you must create a verified student account using an active email address and secure password.
- Single-User License: Each registered account and purchased session pack is strictly for individual personal use by the student who registered it.
- Non-Transferability: Session allowances, account logins, and diagnostic analytics cannot be transferred, leased, sold, or shared with third parties.
- Prohibited Automated Use: Users are prohibited from deploying automated scripts, scraping bots, or bulk querying tools to reverse-engineer prompts, extracts, or pedagogical datasets.
- Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in credential sharing, abusive queries, or fraudulent transactions without prior notice.
Pricing, Payments & Currency
All prices for learning session packs are listed transparently on the Platform in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) inclusive of applicable digital services taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are securely processed through our verified gateway partner, Cashfree Payments India Private Limited. By purchasing a session pack, you authorize Cashfree to process your chosen payment method (UPI, Netbanking, Credit/Debit Cards). trueattendly does not store raw credit card numbers or banking passwords.

Important Trademark Notice: ACCA, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, IFRS, IAS, and ISA are registered trademarks of their respective governing authorities:
- ACCA is a registered trademark of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK).
- ICAI is associated with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
- IFRS and IAS are registered trademarks of the IFRS Foundation.
- ISA standards are authored and promulgated by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB).
IFRSflow and trueattendly are independent educational technology developers. This Platform is not sponsored, endorsed, certified, or formally affiliated with the ACCA, ICAI, the IFRS Foundation, or the IAASB.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, trueattendly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of study time, exam rescheduling fees, or inability to achieve a passing exam score.
The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Students are encouraged to cross-reference AI diagnostic outputs against official ACCA Examinable Documents and official IFRS standards.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
The competent courts located in Malappuram, Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising from or related to the Platform, digital session purchases, or these Terms.
